Sunday 07/10:
Touched yet again. I've learnt something so valuable in my stay here.
Something that all should try to learn as much as possible without having to go through themselves.
Hardly have I gave my family or friends a really good hug or even said any nice/touching things to them, how sad! Not even my mum, my dad and sisters. They're supposed to be the closest people I have in my life.
Everytime they call me and ask about me, I hardly call home ever since I came over, only when I needed favours to be done.
Everytime they tell me that they miss me, and when they ask me back the question, I would either say of course not or use one of my best techniques, which is to change to subject of the topic without them knowing.
How sad. Haha, the fact is that I do miss them, but not only them, its everything back in Singapore. From the first view of my room when I wake up on my bed, or even things that bore me like walking around in Tampines Central.
Everyday I learn, thank goodness. So appreciate what you have now, be it exams (at least you can skip lectures if you want to, wake up whatever time you want to study), or work (at least you have everything you need in your home), etc.
I have left 13 more events to go. 5 of which are Low Level Navigation Sorties, at a cool 180m altitude above ground and the rest advanced General Handling Sorties to do all the cool cool aerobatics. Right now, I'm just enjoying whatever flights I have left, especially being the first in my course to go Solo for Medium Level Navigation.
Anyway, this course of mine here determines which platform I will go and pursue for my next phase. Either Fighter, Helicopter or Transport. Right now all the streaming and dicussion are in place. I don't know how to relate my dream/work/career to you people, so all I ask is to support me regardless of which platform I go.
Just a quick summary for the rest of updates:
1) Just found out that Debbie (ex-tpjc flutist) is studying in Perth, hopefully can meet up with her before I leave.
2) Dr Lee threw a shell shocking news to all of us, should really go see him when I return.
3) Felicia got 2 really cool tatoos, and I called her to wish her for her birthday while she were getting them! She called me on Saturday while I was a winning streak in the casino, subsequently it was broken. Talk about timing!
4) Thank
you for the first paragraph in your blog, you're not forgotten and I'm glad I ain't too. Still alive and kicking, no worries.
5) Got a really good message as my body was really crying out with all that physical and mental stress it had to go through. Definitely going to a nice long holiday when I start clearing leave.
6) Went to the beach and had a nice tan, with some volleyball and soccer action. Not to mention clear blue strong waves that could be surfed on. Not to mention the sand, sun and babes! Totally different from Sentosa!
Good night.

Monday 01/10:
Wow how time passes, almost 2 months since last update. I'm gonna make it as short and sweet as possible, because I'm really tired now at this time.
First off, I'm so happy to know that there are actually people who really misses me. It really makes my day and also feel so heart warming. I mean it has been already 8months and counting, how can one possibly remember?
Put myself in my other friends' shoes, it's given that we don't know what each of us are doing now, not to mention overseas and stuff, so I don't blame them. But to have friends who actually keep in contact, now those are the ones to really remember. =)
Received a sms from my little sister, putting a very positive message to me: "Every new day means a step closer to the day of success." I'm really impressed, and looking forward to seeing how much you have chanced since the day we met. Thank you. =p
Friday I received a call from one unexpected friend, Xueli. Think I haven't seen her since we last 'mugged' together for our A's. And my has her voice turned so sexy, haha! All those class outings which were organised, it was either she went and I didn't, or vice versa.
Anyway, I was really touched by her, and of course words that have been left deeply in my memories. And now that made my day, as well as my weekend. So for that night's mess, it was bottle after bottle of red/white wine and lots of karoke session with my guys. Together with 135's initiation, it was a long and enjoyable night.
Few days back, my dearest friend/senior Shufen also were part of me. With her really sweet encouraging messages and kind intentions, makes me feel like I owe her a lot. But she in turns think she owes me lots and want to repay me somehow. Don't keep having that mentality, if not you're gonna owe me for the rest of your life you know?
I also managed to catch up with a primary school friend over msn, someone whom I've never talked ever since PSLE, that goes the same for everyone too. Went on with our own lives without much meetings. And I'm quite surprised that up till now, I'm still able to converse comfortably with Jocelyn, even she feels the same.
And also to my bro Ridzuan, with some thoughts of the things we used to do. We'll resume on our cycling, pooling, billarding, bowling, tennising and maybe intro some golfing for you when I'm back. Also this entry is partly because of her reminding about my quiet blog.
Coming to my flying, into Module 5 now, Advanced Aerobatics & Navigation. Suffering a little with navigation but still enjoying myself. Flying nearer to ground then usual and appreciating spring over Australia with all the flowers blooming. Completed Close Formation & Night Flying quite recently and currently on graph to meet the departute date.
Oh just 2 weeks I had an life experience in the casino, Again! When I first started out, I was already down by at least A$500. But as the night went on, things started to change. Haha, so as most of the guys were clubbing/drinking upstairs, I was working really hard to be able to cash out A$600+ richer.
And when they say when you're rich, you're no short of girls. That's so true. I was kinda on a little good winning streak with very little losing hands that people started to bet on my hand. Kinda irritating intially, but a totally different story when I turned my back to see who were my so called 'supporters'.
And just this weekend, which was a very long one, we went crazy again. Stayed out in Perth from Friday till Sunday. We went to the beach where we met these two girls who were a little crazy to some extent, can't imagine the things they did. The carnival after that was fun, had dinner with OC and Course Commander, ate A$100 abalone, snowshelled crabs and lots of seafood.
Not only did we spend so much on stuffs and food, we topped it all up in the casino again. And also at the clubs/pubs. Some bought blinks blinks on their hands, others spent a bomb on gifts for their wives/girlfriends. Lucky for me. =p
Alright, I guess that sums up all the important things to note. Take care everyone.
