It had to come, I wasn't prepared, I hadn't enough time.
During row call, some CF came in civilian clothing, 'somebody is gonna get hurt real bad..', and it was for sure. Luckily all in AGC came with in camou. I had orderly today, which was a good day to have it due to the fact today was only half-day. It was supposed to be th CFs duty but it somehow came to the AGC, me.
We had a talk on the core value, 'Fighting Spirit' by 2 of the 127 BWC and later a great presentation by LTA Eric on the JSF programme. He had videos which were totally amazing and cool, all about fighter jets and related stuffs. Maj Noel also briefed us slightly on today's programme, Wing Live Day, before heading out for lunch, as a wing.
Apparently, the programme was something like The Amazing Race but it isn't a race. I was also notified of a changed to car 11 to join LTA Eric as the driver, Shi Rong as the Team Leader, Zhi Wei and Zi Hao asa Navigators and me a Journalist. We started out from AFS to the first checkpoint at the bridge located near Indoor Stadium. We got a little lost due the multiple road closures due to the construction of the Paya Lebar/Kallang Highway.
Next was the Changi War Museum, where I went there with my BMTC Coy for National Education. There were primary school kids in there and their teachers were like guiding them on a tour, so we were just tagging along, all the way. The third place was the Kranji War Memorial, and it was my first time there. We had to count the number of tombstones, which was arranged very nicly in rows and columns and find a distinct similarity between the two presidents buried there.
At first we started doing mathematics on the counting but as we got uphill further and reached the top, the other down slope had even more to count. We were lost for words. We split up into doing the two tasks. In order to find the similarity, we had to first locate the tombstone right, but we couldn't find it. Luckily I chanced upon the office where I could ask an old man for the directions and answers. He provided the magic number of 4600 and directed us to the tombs. Little did I know two presidents were buried here, which made me wonder where the others were buried.
Last on the list was MacRitchie Reservoir, a place of familiarity because I used to have cross country here back in secondary school days. Gan Eng Seng was having their cross country and several primary schools having a tour around the area. We had to do timed spinning hula hoops and skip skipping ropes which was a little embarrasing. We didn't get first, but not last too.
Dinner was at a near by restaurant with a 8 course serving. It was owned by one of our senior's, Daniel, father, so we paid a reasonable price of $24. My group so happened to sit with Daniel so our table had extra service, like the food would be dispensed by the waitress, drinks immediately refilled while others had self-service or took a little longer. The dinner was really great and the celebration began. The cakes was out with the prise presentation and handing over ceremonies, speeches, everything a happy occasion would need.
The last part of the day.. Judging from what you said, I suppose you really thought it happened.. If that's how it should be, it shall be that way.. I won't defend myself, won't say what happened unless you ask, won't explain anything if you don't believe me. If you still remember that sms: "The moment you lose hope.. is the day that..", I really got nothing more to say..

Woke up as if I didn't get any sleep, almost missed the drop off point yet again. Our usual row call, usual one mc for AGC, Keevin borrowed a soccer ball from our 127 BWC seniors, so I really prayed it won't end up like all the previous others.
We geared up and changed venue to the hockey spot in the stadium, to protect the precious one. Several of the CFs joined us and it was pretty okie. Feel bad bullying the RPs as they helped to pick our ball, not just one but many occasions. Its like people are trying to do their job but we interupt them with the fact that we are playing soccer. Won the CFs on golden goal rule in the end.
After soccer a few of us went back to the classroom and talked. The rest were hard at basketball. It was tough, too much to handle. Time from 1030 to 1230 ticked like eternity. We had our dental FFI, which ended pretty faster than expected. Wei Xiang got problem with his teeth and had it filled up. We waited about an hour for him, took a stroll around the area and got something to eat with Keevin. After knocking off from work, a few of us went to the mess and chilled there. Went home with Joel after that.
Tomorrow we will be having our little outing and sending off dinner. It will be the day.

Tuesday:
Andrew, Ben, Joel and I helped out in the swimming test for the 128 BWC people. It will be something we will have to do as long as we can stay in the course until then. Our OC and another Major talked to us a little about what to expect there. It was raining the whole day so we couldn't go play tennis. Weather was really nice though. Hitched a little ride from Leon so wasn't really caught in much jam. Almost missed the stop again. Got a long list of stuffs to get for the trip too, copying it from the board took me10mins, imagine the amount of items, stuffs and luggage size I would have on that day.. Hmm..
Practice productively, it saves time, effort and reduces unnecessary pressure and stress. Applies to both of you two.Wednesday:
Not a good day to being with, woke up so late that my dad had to become an F1 racer. Traffic was still not so bad, but I left my hp at home, still on my bed, DARN! Spent the rest of my time wondering what time it was, and wondering here and there, several symptoms of hp deficiency were experienced too. If only my watch was still working..
Today's arrangement for the basketball teams were <170>170. Due to high disadvantage, we were always trailing them for about 5-10 points. To think we managed to turn the tables and give them a run for their money. A few of us went to do sucide runs on the tennis court, something like shuttle run, sprinting from one baseline to the other. Only one word could describe it, shagged. I saw Kah Xian, a senior from Tpjc, apparently he's a FDS in PLAB, wonder what's a FDS.. He won't say -.-zZz ..
I knew something would happen today, but forgive me for my absent-mindedness, I was totally contactless for yet another day. My apologies.. But you have shown me what you are capable of, develop on it and you will make it, some day.
Whenever I look at the people around me, one can only wonder why does such things happen even though of many distinctive differences in qualifications, characters and traits. Concentrating and focusing helps to ease and relieve, and time slowly joins the game aiding in the process further more. It's all in your mind, which actually help determines how you want to live your life. But if you are too physically drained, it gives no time and chance for the mind to act and operate. It is what revives and strengthens.

Saturday:
Had breakfast with grace, waited at TM's Bk, but it turned out to be pavillion's Bk. What a total miscommunication. We moved on the Interchange's Mac instead. Been a while since I ate breakfast in Mac.We went our seperate ways, she to band to practice, me to go home to resume sleep. But it wasn't meant to be.
Took some time off to join Boon Hwee in our quest for GP and Gold, also relinquishing the good old days during JC life (makes the both of us sound old doesn't it?). It was kinda refreshing, because one won't get tired of winning too easily. I made two DKs and a unsuccessful TK, pretty satisfied. Had a tedious blog remake over, imagine opening about 15 applications on your taskbar, searching, reading, typing mostly by trial and error and much more. For now, it looks fine! =p
Sunday:
Breakfast was superb, Bak Ku Teh from my favourite hawker, whom had gone for a short 'holiday' for a while already. Glad to know he's back in business and back for good. Pretty much stayed at home, partly because it was empty and I have the perfect environment to do my stuffs.
Completed the last part of my insurance during dinner, which includes a lum sum of dough for my parents should anything happen to me. Steamboat for dinner, the perfect way to end a day.
Monday:
A little dazed since I woke up, we had our X-ray checkup today. Joel took a cup of hot tea and everyone asked him where he took it. It pretty much ended up with all of us with a cup of tea/coffee, sipping away and waiting for our turn.
During lunch, the group of girls whom I mentioned during the IPPT test were in all smart 4s, wonder why and what they are posted here for. I have no idea. After lunch was a way cool thing, but before we got to the cool part, we were dreading about what we had to go through. Only realising the place we had to go wasn't in AFS, we were complaining and stuff. It may be only be about 500m apart and the sun was pretty much blocked, the humidity was dreaded. Once we got to the place, we became of small boys in Toys "R" Us.
Still wondering what we were doing, well we were trying out our sizes for our flight suit, boots and gloves. Just wearing the suit make your imaginations run wild, it was pretty neat too. The suit was very comfortable and pretty out of this world. The flight boots were also kinda unique with its design and weight and so was the gloves. We were like creating a chaos inside the room, exchanging sizes of all items, asking for sizes, trying to figure out our own boots after they got mixed up and stuff. I tried all three and I got to say, :'Im loving it!' It was a whole lot of fun.
We got a visit from one of the Major in our classroom where he briefed us about this friday's event, sending off dinner for 127 BWC. It looks like we are going to have a field outing of some sort on that day, more will be briefed on Thursday morning. This would be fun too.
Getting off from work was pretty frustrating. Took me 45mins just to leave Paya Lebar to the transit stop on the outskirts of Eunos and another 45mins to reach my destination. I cant believe it. It rained again when I was returning home. Rain has always played a part in my life, be it sadness, joy or whatever Im feeling. It just comes and washes away everything temporarily and goes away with equal unpredictability.
When I met you today, I felt better in some way, somehow..

Woke up with heavy eyelids, barely maintaining any vision as I made my way to work. Another such night, yet again. It began with yet another medical session. Made our way into Paya Lebar Air Base and draw another test tube of blood. Oh how I hate needles. As soon as we cleared it, another appointed of x-ray was presented to us. Oh brother!
We had a brief gym plus basketball session before changing back into our smart 4s. We gathered at the basketball court again to give support to our Aviation Wing team! Last time we beat AETI, today we were pitting against ADA for the champions of AFS title. The game was fast and furious, hands flew, bodies clattered and fouls littered across the whole court. But the Aviation Wing was not to be denied, we were the champions! Even though the margin was only less than 15points, but we still won, with every effort and perspiration. Well done seniors! This motivates me to sign up for the soccer tournament. Left AFS at around 1730.
Alumni practice came along fine, with many new faces around. Sounding much better already, but more could be done, its the first of alumni band performance so it must be good. Things didn't go according to plan but I guess certain things cant be controlled. Oh wells.. Helped the band people with the teacher to lock up the area. Walked Justine to the bus-stop across my music school. Limin even popped by, again. Band ended kinda late so I grabbed a can of soya bean from the new 7-Eleven, appetite not there.
While watching television i felt asleep briefly, so I just jumped straight into bed. Feeling sticky-ness all over me, took a quick bathe and was wide awake already. Got into msn and chatted with Ruth, surprisingly! Happy 18th Birthday! (Noticed the 'chopchop-ness of the last few paragraphs? Sleepy yeah.)
Day by day, the time draws closer, what should one be feeling?

Like every tuesday and thursday, we have our morning briefing. It was pretty short thank goodness. We got in our pt kits and headed to the courts. Basketball this time only half court, more fun too I guess. Teams were different and I scored more points. Wish they would get another soccer ball, they told me the previous ball burst due to the concertina wires (barb wires) on the fences. To think they burst the ball on the day they brought it, so don't even think of climbing those fences even though it looks easy to climb.
More time for more reading of manuals, I took some time of to do some SK work. Sent documents to the ration room which had fish tanks outside it. Some CPL dudes were playing with the hungry fish. Today's highlight was the Racial Harmony Celebration. Everyone in AFS gathered in the auditorium for a short event.
Had a short opening speech written by Defence Minister, a short video clip about how the different races' practice of birth, marriage and death. Sad to say I myself know not much things as what a Chinese should know. It ended pretty quickly and also almost just the time to knock off, way cool. Pretty good flow of traffic today and bus not like sardine.
Had dinner at the tim sum restaurant in TM with my dad and my sis with her boiboi, was dragged down actually. It was pretty okie but just a little expensive. A total of $66+, which included $1.30 for a small dumpling, $8 for a small slice of beef and $6 for a bowl of noodles and some soup which didn't taste like $6's worth. He also bought some food for my mom as she had her excercise class today, how sweet.
Tomorrow is the day. How should I go through with it? Thanks for the conversation, but my apologies for keeping you up late. Hope I can get to play the solo for you for I don't want to get a stomach ache. >.<" Just joking! =pMeals can be skipped or postponed, but not problems. By casting them aside and only waiting for it to get worst then you start to do something about, it'll be too hard to handle, especially for someone like you. Whatever perceptions or assumptions you have of another, keep it for yourself and find out whether it is true a not. For its not what you always think at first is the actual thing. But Im starting to believe you're special, which is good, but there's a down side to it. It brings you solitude/loneliness, but you can choose whether to accept that path or not. My advice is not.

Thanks for the help with the other two members! I was shocked to actually know of certain things.
Today began with straight IPPT test. Judging from my recent fitness, I thought I would skip on the extra cash and effort, the silver award. Gold's too much for me, <9.44mins is too much. The PTI was really late, and the six of us Air-Graders became SK warriors. We went to grab cones, SBJ mats, Sit-Up mats, filled water and so on and forth.
We took the test with female regulars too, something which is not common in the army but perharps Air Force yes. Our retail headed out to the Chin-Up bar first with another ladies' retail. They were like watching us do so we had no choice but to put on some show. I clocked 10 thankfully, but there was a zero fighter, which stunned us.
SBJ station was an eye-opener. As we waited for our turn and watched how the ladies jumped, I was stunned yet again. Oh well, results came out well with a Silver Award standard, phew. The 2.4km run really made me felt good as everyone ran together. I overlapped most of them just like how my Platoon Commander in BMT did to me on the third lap. I dedicate my award to them, sincerely. I did cheer them on along the way and also during their last 100m when I was recovering. A hundred bucks in the bag! Sweet..
We joined the rest of our Air-Graders at the basketball court where a match was going on. Our Avaition Wing defeated some other team with a whopping score of 90+ to 20+. We were in good moods and cheering them all the way. The rest of the day was just reading up on the manual again and we had a talk by a senior. He told us more of what to expect at Tamworth, which was really valuable information. The saddest thing was the lack of internet coverage there.
Leon gave me a lift to the outside so I could hurry down, but while on the bus, I comtemplated. Perharps it was not meant to be.
This is just for you, the things you are going through, I once go through too. If you do not believe or trust me I wun probe into your affairs. I don't have to prove to anyone of my capabilities or skills. But if you seek help, I can help. Listening ear is something everyone is able to do, so come to me only when you're ready to open up and talk productively (not whatever or dunno only). But Im glad at least you said at least one problem during that short period.

Regimentation. Fall in 0730, the drills and commands were somewhat unfamiliar after a while. Just felt a bit out of place. But it was over like in 3mins. Had a morning brief, and totally confused with what they were presenting, especially the weather part. All the different clouds at dunno how many feet and stuff. They also discussed on some world issues concerning planes and the terms and style of talking is just alien to me. Culture shocked!
However after all that came to pt, something more familiar, and guess what, we have basketball on the menu. I prefer my legs but hands are fine too, the underdogs beat the 'lao jiaos' so we were feeling really good. Lunch was very appealing, food here not bad. Spent the rest of the day reading through the manual which reminded me of schooling days.
The journey home was dreading with heavy traffic and the bus was literally crawling. Joel took a ride with me and I had waffle and a drink for dinner. More names noted for today, Daphne, Magdeline and 2 more, forget already. LoL. Thanks to Ms Anonymous, the other two people are Jessica and Yogendran.
Im not angry at you, but to make you feel better, apology accepted. Thanks again!

First of all AFS stands for Air Force School, and the rest FEP Flight Exposure Programme and BMT Basic Military Training. After clearing all the requirements, me and two others got posted early to AFS from FEP, kind of a good feeling, at first.
Gone were days of FEP life, everything you expect from a military organisation is back, and naturally I received another culture shock. Big time. Back were the days or 11Bs and restricted choice of selection of food, greetings of superiors (which is actually everyone because we're the lowest ranking personel there) and strict programmes to adhere to and many more.
We received our temp pass, got our new rank and pt kit from the mart. Got a brief tour of the place and our classroom where we would be spending more of our times there. Did lots of adminstration and a brief interview by our Course Commander 2WO Sim.
Day more or less ended like that, left the school and headed to school to collect the trumpet to do some practicing for my parts, lost touch almost entirely. The new committee had a meeting so I happened to stay around, could see they will mostly very enthusiastic with many bright ideas. Well most of the times its like that, after a while it'll be quieter with only the same old people talking.

Woke up since falling into bed at 9pm. Slept all the way till 6.30am only to find my fever subsided. Darn. I thought for sure I could see the doctor as I still had raging fever at 1am when I woke up briefly.
So had to choice but to get up for work. I left out my pt kit just in case the fever may 'revive' again, and that would really be unpleasant. Usual stuffs at work, but today is more special. During lunch we passed by a group of guys in pt attire and a ball heading out to the field. We smelt a challenge and quickly geared up despite just having lunch. I didn't eat yet because I was still comtemplating, several issues on my mind really made me slow and indecisive.
So I was kinda glad I haven't eat for we are going to play soccer. It was a 6-aside match. We had possession, more passes, more tackles and aerial challenges won, but we lost. Just before we conceded, I managed to steal the ball and caught the defence sleeping. So it was 3 guys plus me vs the keeper, and of all people Daniel had to miss the beautiful assist I gave had he slotted it into the net. But I myself squandered a nice chance when I sliced the ball off-target.
Had a concert to attend but I didn't have no numbers to call and no idea where and when to meet. Thankfully I managed to find out but I was late due to inconvenience of no handphone. My apologies to you Grace. I understood how you felt.
The concert was not bad, I especially like the Libertango and the Sukara song. The composer from Argentina is way cool, a class above the rest with the way Libertango sounded like. Most of the band people were there too, but not the ones I wanted to see and talk to.
Took the East-bound train with several East people, gave some nice stories for Hwa Ee to remember for the first day of the 7th month on the Chinese Calender (if im not wrong that is). The bus 21 ride home was cold and silent. Outstanding.

No work today! Woohoo! I could sleep until whatever time without any disturb! But I was disturbed by my 2nd sis. Oh she was irritating me to go lunch with her, what a bother, my supposed to be uninterrupted sleep got interrupted. LoL..
We had 'Tim Sum' as she requested, my eyes was like still sleeping so I didn't really care about my surroundings. But in the car my sis told me that there was this lorry where when we parked to eat and after we left the place, it happened to be in front of us. I must still be somewhere in my dreams.
Back home we were watching the funny comedian show by Russel Peters where I started quest for level 10 Gandalf. But I got pretty tired and fell asleep. Ate dinner while watching Naruto and chatted with Zhiyi online. She seemed stressed out with the upcoming A's but should be okie by now I hope.

Today I thought was just another routine, turned out to be something out of the blue. Firstly my routine was broken so I was running on adrenaline. Kept myself occupied till all the SAF Day events were over. We were taught how to operate the projector and labtop today.
Went to get my much needed rest, skipped lunch too. I was awoken by the sounds of the Band of Brothers movie. Completed parts 5 and 6, Cpt Winters is really a fine leader. We headed out to play soccer with Cpt Edwin too. Glad that our team won thanks to the fine lead we had developed. Managed to loot one in no thanks to all the assisting I always give others. People won't recognise that you contributed so much but only to the one who scores the most. A fine example would be the 4-1 thrashing of Argentina by Brazil.
Got into civi and met Christopher for alumini band practice. Relished with my 'One Tpt'
and practiced 7th Night and Mononoke AGAIN. Mr CY gave me some solos, kind of turn off you see? I'll do something about it soon. Met Nizam, Tng, HouYuan, Wendy and Justine. Went to S11 with Christopher and Ridza for dinner. The beef ramen really rocks! So is that drink store by the market, very soothing!
Chris and I was at the bus-stop near the polyclinic waiting for our bus where we chanced upon Mr Julian. Got to know where he was heading, which was very fishy but I understand his needs.
Before he left us, we chanced upon Ms Limin sitting on the bus! *Sings It's a Small Small World* She was out with Shahidah, someone whom I haven't seen since 'A's?
Finally can watch naruto after so long. The RealPlayer helped me to download Divx with the necessary codec. Finally can resume from where I left off during BMT. Got a little draggy so
I stopped and decided to hear some blues. Wrote this blog now and had a chat with Ms Peiru. The feeling from yesterday is slowly coming back into me, whatever am I going to do..?
