Boring but yet peaceful day. Last night's Liverpool Chelsea result was as predicted, went for a swim before knocking off but found out that we had to help 2WO Choy with the statistics of the soccer match between C3 and AETI which C3 won 1-0 despite many fouls, and disputed calls from the referee. I'm seeing MAJ Noel everywhere these days, at the pool, track, block, office, classroom, it's like he literally cloned or something, but one thing for sure, he's a great person.
Friday:
10km challenge didn't make it, but it was a good try, timing of 31.41mins was almost to the record. 08/05 CFs' last day before they left for OCS, and they had halfday because of that. Was at the library when Aaron called telling me that we had off. Surprised initially, but was just glad to take it and leave. Got a 'convertible' ride from Garrett, this time he opened the roof, and it was way cool. In the car, passing people who are looking on with envy, and the wind blowing through your hair, you can't beat that.
Went to the bank to sort things out with them, looked around the new basement attractions, not bad. Had a long tutoring time, short dinner and off I went to meet up. Carried a lot of computers and monitors for my sis, watched the anime she downloaded, and Birthday wishes to my mom and Fel.
Looking around me, seeing all the people stressed, depressed, love sick, wanting to injure or kill themselves and stuff really is so saddening... They always look on the negative side, never thinking of what they actually have now, is already a big blessing. Some word of advice:
To the Exam-Stressed: Promos/A's are nothing compared to the working life or university.
To the depressed: Look at what you have, a roof above your head, you know your parents, you can get to choose what food you want to eat, etc...
To the love-sick: They left because they weren't meant for you, the right one will appear eventually, let it go just as you took it on to love/like him/her. OR When you're single, you want to be attached, when you're attached, you miss being single. So do you really want to find a companion/break-up? (Moral of story: What you seek is most of the times not what you get especially in the context of love.)
To the wanting to injure or kill themselves: Go get a life, get something better else to do. You can lose everything, but not your life, it's not something you can buy or pray back. If you really want that attention so much, either go ahead with what you're thinking, or cut the crap and stop EMOTIONAL BLACKMAILING the loved ones around you.
These are just words of advice, take it lightly, especially on the last part. Take time and think about it, it'll never hurt.
*ps, if you think i'm refering to you, think again, i'm just trying to help, giving positive thoughts out of situations most people deem as negative*
If I can do it, why can't you? There are instances where I have gone through much more than you, and vice versa... Move on please...
